Early childhood education and care is a demanding, yet incredibly rewarding profession. However, it can leave you feeling burnt out, under-nourished, under-supported, and dysregulated. For many educators, this is their lived experience. Perhaps it is yours, too. This free webinar introduces mindfulness and meditation and how it can support educators to create a sustainable and present practice. This 60 minute webinar covers the following: - How meditation and mindfulness can support your professional practice. - Signs that mediation and mindfulness may benefit your professional practice. - Practical examples of how to implement meditation and mindfulness into your professional practice. - A live Q&A to have your experiences heard and supported. -And so much more! This webinar is suitable for early childhood educators, OOSH educators, educational leaders, directors, support staff and those interested in using meditation and mindfulness in their early learning settings. NB: This is a live session. A recording will be made available for purchase after the session is completed.

The Mindful Educator – Free Webinar Policy 1. Webinar Access The webinar: The Mindful Educator is offered by The Heartspace Hub and free of charge. Access to the webinar is provided via the registration link and/or email confirmation sent after signing up. The webinar is a live event. There is the option to purchase the webinar recording. 2. Registration Attendees must register in advance to receive the webinar link. Personal information collected during registration (e.g., name, email) will only be used to provide access to the webinar and related communications. 3. Content Use The webinar content is for personal and professional development purposes only. Recording, reproduction, or redistribution of the webinar content, slides, or materials without written permission from The Heartspace Hub is prohibited. 4. Participation Attendees are expected to engage respectfully and professionally. Any conduct outside of these parameters will be suspended from the webinar immediately. While mindfulness practices are guided, participation is voluntary. Please ensure you are in a safe and comfortable environment while practicing. 5. Technical Requirements Webinars are delivered online. Attendees are responsible for providing the necessary device, internet connection, and software to access the webinar. 6.
