Children’s Meditation and Mindfulness
Children’s meditation and mindfulness programs are lovingly created to support your child’s holistic development. These programs emphasise the importance of nurturing their emotional, mental, social, and physical wellbeing through practices tailored to their unique needs and developmental stages.
Children’s view of their world is uniquely diverse: children work, learn, and socialise through play. So, why would we expect their ability to meditate and be mindful, to be experienced through any other medium than play?
Britt uses her experience of working with children in tandem with her knowledge of children’s wellness and development to create accessible practices. Ensuring these practices meet each child at the point of their individual development and wellbeing creates mindful moments that are authentic and engaging for the child.

Children's meditation and mindfulness classes or programs differ significantly from those designed for adults. While adult sessions often focus on structured techniques and prolonged periods of stillness, children's sessions prioritize playfulness and engagement.

A child’s meditation session is created to resonate with a child's natural curiosity and imagination, turning meditation into an adventure rather than a task. Activities such as storytelling, guided imagery, and interactive games are integrated to maintain their interest and make the experience enjoyable.
As children reach the pre-teen and teenage years, the balance of play-based experiences and more mature concepts like stress management and mindfulness is augmented to suit the needs of the individual or group.
In essence, adults typically seek meditation for stress reduction or spiritual growth, while children's programs aim to enhance emotional regulation, focus, and overall wellbeing in a manner that feels natural and enjoyable to them.

Weekly Meditation
Weekly meditation and mindfulness sessions provide a serene and supportive environment for those seeking to enhance their mental well-being. Each weekly practice is designed to help participants reconnect with themselves, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of inner peace. Each session incorporates mindfulness techniques, guided meditations, and breathing exercises that are tailored to meet the needs of the group. Participants will find a nurturing space where they can unwind, reflect, and rejuvenate, fostering a deeper connection with their own mental health journey. 1:1 Meditation
Individual meditation sessions give you create a safe and nurturing pocket of space to explore your specific meditation needs and goals. You may find a one-on-one session together may suit your specific needs in comparison to a weekly group class.
Each session we share together is customized to align with your individual meditation journey. This bespoke approach allows for deeper exploration of personal challenges and goals. Together we create a more meaningful and impactful meditation practice that is aligned to you!
Additionally, our sessions together offer a safe and intimate space for you to experience your lived meditation experience without the presence of others. Many people find meditation groups can be exposing and may even create difficulty in relaxing. Creating a heart-centred space that reflects your individual gives space for vulnerability, emotional safety, and space for respite.

Small Group Meditation
Small group meditation sessions offer a unique opportunity to deepen your practice alongside your inner circle. These intimate gatherings are designed to foster a shared sense of calm and support, allowing each participant to benefit from the collective energy and insights of the group.
